A lot of players are annoyed with this mission, including me because it's very frustrating chasing all those people in hyper speed then suddenly they simply change direction! You can get 2 Marks of Victory on this mission so i'm forced to do it even if thou i'm already frustrated.
You get this quest from The Flash just right outside the portal, he will give you super speed power so that you can chase those people and the mobs on that area will also not get after you, just don't hit them please!
