Sauteed sardines with fresh spinach recipe
Sardines
Spinach
Water
Onion
Garlic
Lemon
Vinegar
Salt
Ground black pepper
Vegetable oil
Saute garlic and onion in oil, put in the sardines and 1/4 cup water. Pour a teaspoon of vinegar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Arrange spinach into a plate and pour the sardines over it. Best server with steamed white rice. Yummy!
