Carbonara Pinoy Style



Ingredients:

Spaghetti noodles
Bacon
All purpose cream
Grated Parmesan cheese
Beef cube
Yellow onion
Minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook the spaghetti noodles by boiling it in water, put a bit of salt and oil so it won't stick to each other.
Fry the bacon and chop it, set it aside including the oil. I don't like the crispy bacons so it's up to you if you want to fry it more.

Sauce:

Saute the onion and garlic using the oil from the fried bacon.
Add the all-purpose cream and beef cube, put some water to dilute it. Put a bit of salt and bacon then mix. Don't put all the bacon in.

Now that you have the sauce, you can now mix it with the noodles.
Sprinkle some salt, pepper and lots of cheese while mixing.
Put the remaining cheese and bacon as toppings.
