Serve with sunny side up egg, special annatto rice and sliced tomatoes.
INGREDIENTS:
Curing
1kg Beef trimmings, sliced
2g refined salt
10ml gin (optional)
1g Curing salt or Prague powder (optional)
100mg Ascorbic acid (500mg Tablet) Optional
Seasoning
75ml Knorr Savor
75ml Soy Sauce
20g minced garlic
12g black pepper
20g Sugar
50ml Soda (Coke, Pepsi, or RC cola)
8g MSG
Yield: 50g each serving (total of 20 servings)
Shelf life: Best to eat before 6mos. (Keep frozen)
PROCEDURE:
In a container, combine all ingredients then mix with sliced beef trimmings.
Place inside the refrigerator and marinate for a minimum of 12 hours
In a pan, place 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
When serving, add 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan then place 1 cup of water and bring to boil.
Put-in the marinated beef tapa and cook until the water evaporates.
Serve this with Sunny Side up fried eggs and annatto rice. (Annatto rice recipe here)
