 Misua soup with sardines (Misua na may sardinas)


Another comfort food specially this winter. 


INGREDIENTS:

Misua

2 cans sardines in tomato sauce

Spinach, Talbos ng Kamote or any vegetables available in your area

2 cloves garlic

1 red onion

Chives

Salt and pepper to taste

Chicken oil


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Saute minced garlic and onion until soft and fragrant.


2. Add 2 cans of sardines in tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.



4. Add the misua noodles and 300ml water. Add more water if you want it to be more soupy.


4. Chives goes in.



5. Spinach


6. Submerge the leaves and turn off the heat.


7. Serve with a slice of lemon or calamansi on the side.
