Angus beef back roasting joint ang ginamit ko dito, so di sya typically pang caldereta dahil wala syang fat, kaya to substitue gagamit tayo ng butter.

Cheese
Green olives
Tomato paste
Liver spread
Tomato
Carrots
Red Chillies
Garlic
Onions
Green bell pepper
Salt and pepper
I-ready na ang mga gulay gulay
Stir fry lang yung carrots and potatoes then set aside
Stir fry the beef, add the liver spread and give it a nice sear.
On a separate pan, stir fry the garlic and onions with chicken oil
Add to your thinly sliced beef and season with fish sauce (patis)
Add 2 tbsp tomato paste.
Get your chorizo, butter and cheese ready!
Add them all up! Then simmer.
Lastly add your veggies, salt and pepper to taste.
