This grilled pork BBQ ramen will surely take your hangover away!
(Inihaw na liempo ramen)
What we need:
Pork belly
Ramen noodles
Spring onions
Spinach leaves
Bean sprouts (togue)
Egg
Red Chillies
Sesame oil
Dried Onions
Marinade:
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Hoisin sauce
Garlic powder
Salt
Sugar
MSG
Ground black pepper
Marinate the pork belly slices
Grill in the oven for 15 minutes each side
Put some of the marinade in a pan, add 500ml water and boil for 10 minutes. Make sure it boils (100C) for 10 minutes to kill all pathogens in the raw marinade.
Add your noodles
Flip your pork belly after 15 minutes
Fry an egg
Add the bean sprouts to your soup
Yummy!
Look at those delicious pork belly!
I usually remove the noodles and just leave the soup boiling so it stays hot until it's ready to serve. Otherwise the noodles will be soggy.
Slice your pork belly and put the vegetables on top. You can add chilli oil for some kick!
