Pancit Molo Soup (Wonton soup)

Last post ko sa Facebook is yung crispy chicken skin na pang pulutan, kaya this time pantanggal hang-"}
over naman ang lulutuin natin.

This is my version of the infamous pancit molo of Ilo-Ilo city in the Philippines.

Napaka dali lang lutuin nito, kaya tara na para maka higop na ng mainit na sabaw!



What you need:

  • Prawns
  • Ground pork
  • Scallions
  • Sweet Corn
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Sugar
  • Fried garlic and onions
  • Salt and ground white pepper
  • Sesame oil
  • Wonton wrapper

How to:

Durugin ang hipon gamit ang tinidor at ihalo sa giniling na baboy.

Mix well para mag bind. Put 1 egg, salt, ground white pepper, pinch of sugar and 1tsp sesame oil.

Finely chop some green onions.

Mix well until binded.

Wrap in wonton wrappers, about a teaspoon each. Wonton wrapping procedure in my next post :)





Bring 300ml water to a boil and add sugar, oyster sauce, salt, sweet corn kernels and ground white pepper.

Add the rest od the green oinions.

Top with dried onions and garlic.

Serve piping hot!

Wala talagang "pancit" yan. Yung molo wrapper ang pinaka pancit nya :D
