Mixed seafood in black bean sauce (Hong Kong Style)

Holy week ulam recipe naman tayo. In the Philippines where people are mostly Catholics, as a tradition, we don't usually eat pork, beef, or even chicken during Holy Week, especially on Good Friday as a sign of abstinence from our usual food.

So today I will cook stir-fried mixed seafood in Tausi sauce for dinner! I learned this recipe in Hong Kong during my short stint there.
